She was so excited when we told her we ordered her two "Pink" her favorite color, tip ups. When they came they were orange. Everything about the ad suggested they were Pink. Of course we took them apart and painted them Pink for her. She was so excited at the end result, which should have been what we received in the first place as this is what the ad was selling.
