(More customer reviews)The reel and the customer service were major disappointments. The reel functioned well for about 20 uses, then problems with the antireverse causing extreme drag on reel. When returned to Okuma after shipping at my expense, they sent me a reconditioned item instead of a new one. This is not my first problem with Okuma, but will be my last.
