(More customer reviews)Purchased 2-4" triangular rod cases for two spinning rods in late June'09.FogDdog sent ( under separtate cover ) 2 - 2-3/4" round cases, neither of which would accomodate these rods. After much discussion, prepaid labels were forwarded to me for the return, as the problem originated with them ( 'not as advertised' ). Thus far, a credit has been received for only one case, sans the shipping cost. As of this time, the remainder of the refund seems to be in guestion. If worse comes to worse,I will enlist the aid of the credit card company through which they were purchased. Luckily, I did not leave home without this card; as far as FogDog is concerned, this is at once my first and last order with them.
One star was given because there was no selection for zero stars.
