(More customer reviews)Cord is a twisted braid. Because of this style of braid it tends to twist when hanging or loose. Any type of current at all and you have a twisted mess. Any more than about 15' of line out and it binds up your traps. Not suitable for crabbing. Better to get a solid core rope or twine.
